Holistic Health Practicioner (Natasja Paskas CCH)

I'm a qualified clinical naturopathologist, classical homeopath, nutritionist and herbalist. My training helped me to develop my expertise to guide people towards a better life, a greater sense of well-being and optimal health. Together we delve into the source of the problems that impede your wellness. Based on this process, we will create a treatment plan. The goal is for you to be living your best life without the need for medication or therapy.

Balance between body and mind

Through the use of natural remedies, naturopathy strengthens the ability of your body to heal itself. By increasing your resistance to stress and disease, naturopathy can help you to face life's challenges at every stage of your life. All aspects of your complaints and ailments are considered and are then prioritized so that we address what is most important for your healing process. If we want to fully use our being, body and mind, we best achieve this by creating a balance between the physical aspects and the emotional aspects. Harmony with nature and everything that connects us is important for great health.

Background and passion

Natasja Paskas has worked in the arts and media industry, has lived in the UK, Greece and Dubai and has worked with people from all over the world, when it became clear that feeling great, in optimum health, had to do with a harmonious inner sense of self. After her intensive training and looking deeper into how to achieve fitness and health and what makes ideas flow, it led her to the conclusion that it had to do with 'coming home' into your own body, mind and life. Natasja's life experience enables her to analyze and problem solve efficiently and her approach is solid and no-nonsense.

She also gives walk-in consultations in Awareness Centre de Roos in Amsterdam.
